I’m a Slovak guy who is now living in Vietnam (Hanoi). My official job is software development, but I love playing with my cameras, capturing world into images.

It all started with the little Fujifilm X70, which I borrowed from my friend on a hiking trip. It took me about 15 minutes to realize that it is a real photography tool. The next day, I ordered mine and two years later I decided to upgrade to X-T20 to start exploring the magic world of interchangeable lenses. Since then I’ve tried many camera brands and many lenses, but X-Pro3 and X100V never left my kit. Maybe it’s the hybrid viewfinder or maybe something about the colors.

I shoot digital and I shoot RAW, because I like to have full control over developing process of my photos. I’m also a big fan of minimal post-processing, which is often in contrast to over-saturated and HDR look presented on social media. Catching the good light is crucial in photography and that it’s something which might not be replaced by any modern AI, smartphone or photoshop magic.

My style is changing and I seem to be able to achieve more in the camera and catch the moment, as I grow older. This is hopefully visible when comparing earlier, more over-edited photos with the more recent images.
